Shipping
Orders are prepared in small batches and typically ship within 1–3 business days. A flat shipping rate is calculated and shown at checkout before payment, and orders above the current free-shipping threshold ship free. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary by destination and carrier.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, tracking information is added to your order and shared by email. You can also reach us any time and we’ll look it up for you.
Returns
If something isn’t right with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Unopened products in their original condition may be returned for a refund of the product price. For quality or damage issues, reach out with your order number and we’ll make it right.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Square. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear after it is processed.
